  • Service fees paid for visa services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

3. Subscriptions for Channel Partners' Account Features:

  • Subscriptions for channel partners’ account features are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Clause 9 of our agreement.

  • Refunds will not be processed for subscription fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in our agreement or under exceptional circumstances, as determined by Dfavo.
