Customer Success Executive
Dfavo, a fast growing Norway based EdTech company, is enabling and supporting students to receive global education. It’s unique platform empowers the international student recruitment industry by providing tools, expertise aided with premium support by connecting educational institutions with
recruitment partners and students across the globe.
At our Chandigarh headquarters, we are strengthening our customer support team. We are looking to hire self-motivated and dynamic team members for our call center.
Key responsibilities of the Team Member would be:
– Making calls to existing and prospective customers, explaining the product and services
offered by the company
– Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
– Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
– Researching new methods to gain the contact details of our prospective clients and updating
the database as per the calls made respectively
– Sending mailers and messages to prospective clients regarding new catalogs and leaflets on
occasions
The right candidate would be someone who:
– Has minimum 2 years of relevant experience as tele sales executive
– Has atleast a Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 or 2 institute
– Are comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated and ambitious to over achieve business
matrices
– Demonstrated sales success
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
– Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
– Demonstrated sales success
– Eager to go beyond the call of duty
– Based out of Chandigarh Tricity
